"And I have now chosen and consecrated this temple so that my name may be there forever; my eyes and my heart will be there at all times." - 2 Chronicles 7:16
You are His temple.
Return my son. Return my daughter. Do not be afraid. Let me show you what I am saying to you now. Let me dream with you and restore hope. There is always hope in me. I always raise you from the dead. I always give life to you. Let me heal the wounds that put you into the ground. Let me pick you up out of the dirt, and wrap you in royal robes. You are to wear this crown everywhere you go.
In this moment, He is showering you with His gifts. Receive.
Accept all of them with joy. Accept your life with joy, all of it. Even the places that feel shameful, sad, or confusing. It's okay. He can carry the weight, but you can't. You were never supposed to. His gift of peace is raining down. His gift of fatherly provision and abundant guidance is before you. He is giving you deep deep assurance that He is near and that He is speaking directly to you. Awakening to what is unseen and the grace to move mountains with Him is wide open for you. Let your faith arise to Heavenly places. Dare to believe.
He is wanting you to begin to look for Him when you naturally want to look away from Him. He is asking you to dare to explore the fascinating and wild parts of Him. Open your hands to possibilities that are beyond what you can physically see. Open your minds to manifestations of His character that are beyond what you can grasp with your mind. Rest in the truth that you will only know things in part, until you see Him face to face. Release the desire to understand and comprehend all aspects of Him and this world.
Release anxiety that you are alone in this world. You are not separated from Him, and He certainly doesn't separate Himself from you.
You run from Him, because you are afraid. You are afraid of how He may respond. You are doubtful that He actually desires to respond. Sometimes, you aren't even sure that He really sees and understands the thoughts that course through our mind. You are unsure that He knows us and the details of our journey thus far. You ask, "Is He really paying attention?"
Thus, you turn to control. You turn to comparison. You turn to envy. You turn to pride. You turn to sensual satisfaction. You turn to running up a ladder to make people notice or running to isolation where no one will notice.
Other times, you turn to safety, to silence, to apathy, to defeat, to being perfect or good. This is His promise: He is not looking at you in disappointment. He is not worried that you are going to make a mistake that will ruin your life forever. He is not thinking about the next way He intends to teach you a lesson.
Daughter, Son, He sees you as your complete and perfected self. He calls you into the high places with Him, because that is where you where created to thrive with Him. He sees beauty. He sees intelligence. He sees confidence, bravery, and assurance of how fun He is. He sees joy within you and zeal. He sees His warrior cloaked in the finest jewels and robes, fragrant like His own. He sees a crown. He sees authority. He sees you walking into your full destiny with Him on a continual basis. He sees you walking in grace. He sees you walking in humility. He is giving you His emotion, His thoughts about people, His insights to His movement. You are trail blazing with Him and a ton of others to create a path for the ones that are searching for Him. Though we may not fully know or understand, He does. Expose your full self before Him.
But first, rest and let go.
Let go of what you cannot fully fathom. Let go of last season. Let go of disappointment. He didn't do it to you. It is not in His will or His character to hurt you. He is wanting to heal it. He is wanting to talk with you about everything that happened. Be glorified in surrender to His healing hands. Saying yes to His voice is freedom, life, and joy like rushing waters. Hearing Him speak is like tasting Heaven in its fullness; completely holy and majestic.
He is inviting you to sit at His feet and dance before Him. Become a child. Laugh and play in His presence.
You have keys to Heaven. You have been given access to seeing it here on Earth. Call it forth. Always ask what He is doing. Speak it out. Drown yourself in His love. Within you is the hope of glory in which the ones who don't know Him will see. He chose you to show the world Himself. What an honor. What beauty. What reverence we have serving Him and calling Him father, friend, and comfort. This is not a time of dying. This is a time of living. You are fully alive. He is fully alive. Call this world into being fully alive.
Arise, child. Be all that you have dreamed.
"My eyes will now be open and my ears attentive to prayer from this place." - 2 Chronicles 7:15
