An Invitation

Recently the Lord was speaking about the Passover to me in way that I had never really paid attention to before. After spending some time studying the history and context of the Passover from the deliverance of the death of the first born to Jesus's crucifixion and resurrection, I have come to realize the parallels within what is globally and internally happening in the physical and spiritual worlds.

April 8-16th is important. I am not sure what will take place, but I do believe it is a unique time to be in the shadow of God's wing. Intimate with His presence and truly at peace. I think there may be a significant shift of tides in the souls and the trajectory of people's lives. I think this time with be special- a time of real understanding and revelation of the covenantal relationship between the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit in context of His created people and world.

During this time of the Passover of 2020, I believe that:

*  No harm will come to your tent (Exodus 12:13).

*  There will be continued and increased cleansing by the Holy Spirit with hyssop and the blood of Jesus. These two things will cover you. The hyssop may feel harsh, abrasive to the skin, even. But it is cleansing the pores, it is exfoliating the dirt, grime, maybe habitual patterns that have been in hiddenness (mindsets and actions that have been fallen into over years that we may be unaware of). Your mind will have His thoughts in retrospect, because I think that He is renewing the mind.

*  Protection will cover your door posts. I think there will be an increase in angelic activity in this season. Protection from temptation, protection from fear, protection from other forms of evil. Protection over the physical body and the mind.

*  Alters will actually be removed:

"May the good Lord pardon everyone who prepares his heart to seek god, the Lord
God of his fathers, thought not according to the purification rules of the sanctuary"
- 2 Chronicles 30:18-19

*  We are pardoned.

*  First fruits will be offered.

*  There will be remembrance of deliverance.

*  Manna will cease, we will be able to eat what we have yielded in our lands for the year… an uncovering, a realization of the actual harvest.

*  People will bow low and worship out of holy reverence.

*  There will be celebration, holy assemblies in houses where no work will be done.

*  The Lord will provide in full despite monetary lack.

*  Presence of God will be tangible in homes.

Jesus took me on an adventure through His own time during the Passover right before He was crucified. I couldn't help but notice how He was prophetically being prepared for burial by the woman at Bethany who poured out her alabaster jar of treasured and very expensive perfume over His head before the Passover began. This was very out of the norm and even critically judged by those who faithfully followed Jesus. But He was relaxed, sitting before the ones He loved.

He replied: “Why are you bothering this woman? She has done a beautiful thing to me. The poor you will always have with you, but you will not always have me. When she poured this perfume on my body, she did it to prepare me for burial. Truly I tell you, wherever this gospel is preached throughout the world, what she has done will also be told, in memory of her.” - Matthew 26:10-13 NIV

I think there is an invitation to pour out the things you value most in this time, in a unique way- your dreams, your love, your compassion, your generosity, your knowledge of Him even if it feels like you are losing something. You are actually in unique gain and blessing and reverence that is unmatched. You have a blessed opportunity to pour it over Him and to pour it over His people.

I want to bring awareness to the fact that the world traded Him for 30 pieces of silver. 30 pieces of something that will burn moments  after His beloved faithfully poured out her most treasure riches over His body that would soon be tormented and leave the Earth.

My message to you: Search for the pearl of great price in this time. Don't trade Him for something worthless. You will pour out your perfume and He will give you eternity, an endless amount of fragrance and a life that will dazzle with purity, purpose, and triumph.

You will enter the gates, full of wonder, endless virtue, and endless magic (the holy kind).

You will be a true warrior that can never actually lose, though every battle will feel (and is) very real.

During this time, eat and drink His body and His blood. There are no more rules, laws, and accusations of failure. Your simple and sweet pursuit is to love Him and love others through Him in the means that you come most alive.

What makes you feel alive?

 Invite Him in.

A new anointing of freedom will be understood internally and you will walk with the keys of revelation and wisdom to unlock places of discomfort.

He said before His crucifixion, "I will strike down the shepherd and the sheep of flock hall be scattered,"...

 The next verse is important.

"But after I have been raised, I will go before you to Galilee" - Matthew 26: 31-32 NIV

In this time, there will be a painstaking reality that He had to be buried, there had to be change, and something had to be scarified. There may be temptations to deny His will in your life, to wrestle with His promises, and to go back to what you knew before you said yes to following Him.

But I am here to remind you of the greater story: He will rise. He will shine. He will be victorious, and we will be reminded of His faithfulness, His power, His sovereignty, and His immaculate glory.
In the meantime, it is okay to grieve. He asked us to "remain and keep watch with Him."

If you understand the times, you understand that His soul was deeply grieved… "Then he said to them, 'My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me."" - Matthew 26:38 NIV

I believe that He is deeply grieved now, with the loss, the death, the anxiety.

He knows that there will be questioning, but we will surrender to the time. We may fall face down, but we will be reminded of what the Father has told us.

His own words in the garden before His betrayal: "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will" - Matthew 26:39 NIV

Alignment will come. Alignment with Heaven.

He will take the cup from us, and resurrect us. What we think has died will come to life.
A sword of disunity and destruction is not our response in this time. I really felt like He was highlighting His response to the disciples when they took up arms against the Roman soldiers:

He told them to "Put [their] sword[s] back in [their] place; for all those who take up the sword, shall perish by the sword" - Matthew 26:52 NASB

I think it's time to surrender our offenses; towards people, towards systems, towards places of worship, and places of work. He will defend us, and He will also transform our motives, thoughts, and opinions to reflect the way in which His Spirit is moving/speaking.

Sometimes, I think we get in the way and this is a time when He is asking us to get out of the way.

He will rebuild the temple in three days (John 2:19). I believe this is happening now prophetically, as well. Through the resurrection of what has been lost, the Holy Spirit that is dwelling inside each believer will come to a greater fullness of life! Believers will be more aware of the power inside of them and Church will be honored, not as a place, but as people; a body moving forward to the unity with the King.

People will realize that they are, in fact, revival. People will realize that they don't have to be dependent on a minister, a teaching, a mentor, etc to hear the voice of God, make good decisions, and cultivate His presence. They will realize that, through this journey of isolation, that the temple is just as real as it is in their living room as it is on a Sunday morning.

If you are struggling to believe this, remember our God has not forsaken us, though the reality of loss is real. Even Jesus felt it on the cross: "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" He cries out in Matthew 27:46.

Then, a pause took place, the Earth feel silent. He let out a deep cry and His spirit lifted.

In the next seconds, all of humanity was saved, but only few truly understood.

The veil of temple torn and there was suddenly complete access to God in every atmosphere, in every body, in every spirit. The Earth shook, and the rocks split. They physical world cried out to the reality of God.

Tombs opened, and the dead bodies of the saints were raised. The spiritual world rose to collide with to the reality of God.

The saints' glorified bodies entered the holy city and others saw them. A collision of miracle and power led to the dumbfounded reality of God.

 His faithful were grieved.

Three days and His body was no where to be found.

He appeared to His beloved, who had returned to their old ways of living and said:

"All authority has been given to me in Heaven and on Earth.

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, "I am with you always, even to the end of the age"
- Matthew 28:18-40 NASB

In a different account and different translation:

"And He said to them, 'Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.'

So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.

And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs"' - Mark 16:15-20 NKJ

With everything revealed, we have no need to fear. He is not asleep. The realities of His promises, the vision He has given your life is not dead. It is being resurrected. You are being transformed into something greater than you could even imagine and signs and wonders will follow. Simple belief. You will cast out demons, you will speak in new tongues, you will take up serpents, and if you drink anything deadly… it will not hurt you! You will lay hands on the sick and they will be healed!

So allow your spirit to come awake. Let these next days in celebration of the King be lifted high. Let Him take you into new realities for your mind and your life. Ask Him to help you discern the times. Ask Him what He is doing beyond your own life and enter into the glorious riches of His inheritance.

For if you (His people), called by His name, humble yourself and repent, He will come and heal your land - 2 Chronicles 7:14

Have your oil ready. Have your lamp stands lit. Be found among the wise. He is dividing the wheat from the chaff. The grain will prosper. (Strongly encourage you to Revelation,  Matthew 25, Matthew 3:12).

Let His kindness lead you. Let His Spirit move you. Let His rest fall upon you. Let His holiness capture you.

Enter the throne room.

 You

 Are

 Safe.
